Kojiro: creator of the Tsubame-gaeshi

I have recently heard of the swordsmen Sasaki Kojiro. I have also
heard of his technique 'Tsubame-gaeshi' which is supposed to be so
fast that could birds from mid- flight!Is this true(or even
possible)? I am also looking up information on his life. Any
information will be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
