Hey Matthew Anderson. Mc_curio was just asking a question, he did not know. That is what this forum is all about. Everybody here did not know all there was about samurai history. You got interested in by watching a movie (like he did) or by reading a book. Give him a break.

Wasn't aware I (nor anyone else for that matter) was expected to censor my response for fear of hurting someone's feelings (don't worry, you didn't hurt mine, I'm just explaining my intentions), and if I did I formally apologize to curio, though that bad karma is likely countered by the silly feelings possibly transferred to AJ and a few others.And I actually mainly became interested in the material via much more erudite relatives of the media you mentioned. Specifically: anime and comics (in the opposite order). SO :P
