There are, but they are NOT Ninja-To. They were made ether for conceiling in
sticks (european style) but mostly as a way to show the royalist status
(against the Bakumatsu) in the late Edo. Very early straight swords wern't
called Katana but Chokuto.

There are very occaisionaly straight swords found. The earliest Japanese
swords (probably imported from China and Korea in the Nara period)) were
straight. Later ones are found but they are not common.
Swords made in the Kanbun period, although not perfectly straight, often
have only very slight curvature (zori).

And don't forget the so-called Kanbun Shinto katana ca 1670. These, while
not being perfectly "straight", were nonetheless very much straighter than
the the norm.
