obake neko

Hello everyone:
I hope you are all well. I wanted to know if anyone had information or
knew of a site regarding the Obake-Neko (cat ghost) of Japan. I would
appreciate any help. What I am looking for specifically is if they can
be controlled or controll themselves. Thanks guys.
