Rockin'! The film list should prove to be a darned useful tool for the assimilation (by the lazy) of the Samurai, and Mr. Turnbull can be pretty dry reading sometimes, so a fictional list should prove amusing as well. (I am, incidentally, up to 1185 in my reading; just chewed through the Gempei war. There's so much more to read!)

I have posted 2 lists in the files section -
One is of films, the other is of 'samurai fiction' - set in the
'samurai era' by which I mean I have not bothered with
Lustbader's Ninja, or such like - nor with stuff like Hayes'
'Wisdom from the Ninja Village' lest I incur the wrath of
P Richardson of this list - I've met him and he's a big bloke!
In both I have avoided anime/manga stuff, cos I don't know
anything about it!
Email me any additions/comments, and I'll update.
If we should do a list of factual/reference books, which will be
quite lengthy, i think, let me know.
