400 U$ is the price for an average quality Tsuba only. I strongly doubt
that guy is acting in a correct way. Ask for digital pictures of the
blade posted in a folder on the picture section of Yahoo. One of these
two option will occur : A good business or a good laugh, especially if
we have online the man that caught me in error about a well-made blade
in Kyu-Gunto mounting sometime ago...
