Hello to all

by capt_bochan

Hello to all! I am glad to see a group like this and I hope to have
many good conversations with all of you. I am an American living in the
beautiful country side of Kanaya Japan. I am a member of several
historical groups which seek to protect and restore old houses as well
as educate young Japanese in the values of thier heritage. I am in no
way and expert but if there is any questions on life during the Azuchi
momoyama or Edo periods I would be happy to research them for you.
Periodically I sell small Japanese antiques and frequent many flea
markets and antique shops so I don`t mind looking for some particular
item for you as long as you`re willing to pay the shipping cost which
can be quite expensive. Anyway again, I`m glad to meet you all.
