Hello everyone!
I'm a Japanese SHQ member who have just read your comments till now, and
filnaly I try to post for the first time.
As I'm now in abroad I haven't any books about Shinsengumi with me, so I
could give only limited informations, nevertheless I 'd like to contribute to your
research.
I mention also that I became a big fan of NHK drama "Shinsengumi " this year
and my interest in Shinsengumi increased.

I'm so happy you decided to join us and post!

You guys, Tama has _seen_ the Shinsengumi exhibit in Tokyo and has many
interesting things to share. This is the person who was so kind to
share the Hijikata singing clip that I watch and listen to each and
every day.

Hello Tama! Glad to have you here! I hope we don't make you feel too much like you've thrown yourself to the wolves (pun intended) with all our questions! LOL!
