A DAIMYO WEBSITE - NEW???

by Barry Thomas

Dear All,

Trawling the web I stumbled across this website:
http://www.worldstatesmen.org/Japan_feud.html

I pray it's not a copy of something well-known...

Best regards,
Barry Thomas.

The yamauchi family is written yamanuchi. Which one is correct? Yamauchi or
yamanuchi?

Probably a typo for 'Yamanouchi'. There has been some opposing views
as to whether it is 'Yamauchi' or 'Yamanouchi' (and I think there is
evidence it has been pronounced both ways, but I could be mistaken).

But many gaijin can correctly use "principal" versus "principle" when
writing in English (British, Aussie, 'Merican, or other variety.) ;-)
