by reilly1221

hi guys, just want to know about something. in a samurai battle, was
there ever an instance that a defeated samurai would ask an opponent
to cut off his head when he is about to commit seppuku. all in the
middle of a battle. Thanks! ^o^

That's an interesting question. I wrote my graduate thesis on seppuku and I am currently co-authoring a book on the subject. However, I haven't come across that scenario. Then again... I haven't been looking. Im intruiged though.
