Taisho

by spraffaman

Hi, Does anyone know of the Taisho I believe he was the forerunner of
the samurai, if you have any information I would be very grateful I'm
particularly interested in the period around 1100/1300ad. Alos in the
1970's a company clled Hinchecliffle produced white metal model
fifurines of the Samurai and the Taisho, if you have any information
of where I could obtain such a fugurine that is unconstucted I would
be very grateful. Email spraffaman@... . Thanks

Ok, now that I'm over my bemusement - "Taisho" means "general". Anyone
who was a general was a "taisho". That's it.
