UK Sword Ban

by Clive Sinclaire

I have just put a note on www.To-ken.com reporting on my meeting at the Home Office re the proposed UK Sword Ban which sword owners need to read, I think. It includes the submission of a Code of Conduct. Although you might think all this is rather unnecessary and bureaucratic, believe me, if we are to hang onto our swords and be free to buy, sell and import, this is the sort of thing that we need to do.
Comments would be welcome.

There is an online petition at this link http://www.petitiononline.com/UKSwords/petition.html

That I would urge and thank all for signing.
We need tighter control over the sale of wallhangers ( decorative swords) which I believe are probably the most commonly used in crime.

I am also slightly miffed by the lack of coverage on the BKA website which doesnt feel me wit ha agreat deal of confidence
