Hi.
I do not remember the web-page right now, but since I
am a Iai do follower I was looking for hakamas on the
web. you can find patrons to duplicate one on the
web by simply typing hakama on any search motor.
regards.

Hakama isn't easy to make.
I suggest you to buy Kendo Hakama.

This is how to make Hakama look-alike.(Japanese)
