Saigo Takamori and Seikanron

Hi all.
I'm going on writing my graduation thesis on Saigou Takamori and the
Seikanron.
Now I'm translating some of Saigou's letters from the Saigou Takamori
Zenshuu, dated from 1873/7/29 to 1876/10/8, the crucial point in the
"Occupy Korea debate".
Do you know any essay (better if online) on this argument?
