Hi
Here at São Paulo City (capital of São Paulo province)
is really PLENTY of Kendo Teachers.
There is even at Soto Zen-Shu Temple
a teacher that teaches (what else can we expect from a teacher? *grim*) the
Nitten (Two Heavens) or Nitto (Two Swords) Ryu (Style) whose patriarch is
Miyamoto Musashi, less know as Shingen Musashi no Kami Fujiwara no Genshin.
I also recomend Taniguchi Sensei, head priest and Arch-bishop (Dai-Sôzu) of
Koyasan Ryoubu Mandara Shingon-Darani Shu at Suzano City also in São Paulo
province.
I believe no one in Brazil can mach his skills.
Hope it helped

There aren´t many Kendo, Iaido or Kenjutsu teachers in Brazil either,
however, perhaps if you look long enough, you will find one.

Sure I practice kendo in my spare time, and I follow some stuff from "Haga
Kure"; but there is no way for an Irish/Mexican American to be a samurai.
Samurai are all dead. Though what they stood for may still exist samurai
are dead.
