samurai mysteries

Hey, guys, here's a question for you, it was something I was meaning
to ask. Where there samurai that use their samurai skills to solve
mysteries?

What do you mean by "their samurai skills"? And what kind of mysteries do you mean?

Samurai formed the backbone of the Edo era police force, although I don't know
if that's what you're looking for.

Well, what they have learned over the years, something
like kiddnapping, theft, gambling, murder, things like
that.

How about the Baikin mysteries? He's an assasin working as a masseuse
if I remember correctly. These books were translated into English...
