Re: [samuraihistory] Martial arts

by Lee Changsub

I have one question on martial artists in a group. A
year ago, I injured my left knee cartridge by a moving
car. Since then, I had a surgery and rehab only after
six months later due to my workload.
I want to resume my training especially with kick
movements.
What is the best way or safe way to do so without
reinjuring myself. My favorite skill was 540 degree
jump kick. I am very dynamic in nature.

I will appreciate if you give any advice or personal
experience with this type of injury. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Changsub Lee

Changsub-
I am currently doing rehab for a torn meniscus. The number one thing
to avoid is high impact. Kicking is fine, just dont contact anything
until you are well past 100% recovered...
