Final register of the last status of the Tokugawa Shogunate in the Keio era.
Here's what I can tell from the middle column:
1. Head of the Genji (Minamoto) clan (Genji no Choja), Shogun (Sei-i
Taishogun), 1st court rank, Udaijin (Right Minister), Prince Minamoto
Iemochi. Income-- 8 million koku. (As well as some other things I can't
quite make out).
2. 3 main branches of the Tokugawa:
Owari (then something I can't read)-- last head of Owari was Yoshikatsu,
Katamori's birth brother.
Kii Chunagon (Middle Chancellor of Kii Province) Mochitsugu.
Mito Chunagon Yoshiatsu, eldest son and successor to Nariaki.
3. 3 sub-branches of the Tokugawa:
Tayasu Kamenosuke Iesato (later adopted by Yoshinobu, became 16th head of
the main Tokugawa house, died in 1940)
Hitotsubashi Chunagon Yoshinobu (Hitotsubashi Middle Chancellor)
Shimizu (nothing else)-- last head of Shimizu was Tokugawa Atsumori.
Remember, Kondou's father in law was a retainer to the Shimizu lord.
4. Fudai-gashira (Supervisors of Vassal Domains)
Matsudaira Chuushou (Lieutenant General) Higo no Kami Katamori (whom we all
know and love ^_^)
Ii (somethingorther I can't read)
Matsudaira Shoushou (somethingorother) no Kami (can't read the rest)

Thought it might interest you all. That's a new role of Katamori-sama's that
I wasn't aware of...
