The man in white robe is Serizawa Kamo and the man in
black is Niimi Nishiki (VERY suspiciously like Saito
Hajime in RuroKen)

Thanks SK! I would have made the Nishiki one Serizawa he looks more
"bad". Serizawa should not have bleached blonde hair.
