OT or Not OT?

Okay I'm not sure if this is off topic or not but here goes. Okay I
recently saw that a there is going to be released soon but there's no
release date as of yet for a Boy's Love game called Shinsengumi, and
I wonder if it's really about the Shinsengumi or not?
